Stribling served as Senior Staff to the President of the American Red Cross, a nonprofit
organization grossing $1 billion in support of global relief efforts. Kesi advised the
president in the areas of communications and marketing; strategic planning; diversity;
human resources; volunteers, youth and nursing; and, health, safety and community
services.

As a consultant, Kesi has worked with numerous businesses and organizations the
Delaware Valley Association for the Education of Young Children. She is a freelance writer
who is a regular contributor to
Examiner.com and Jobs.com. Kesi has appeared on the
DC Cable Television show Reporter's Roundtable, and she has been featured Washington
Afro, Philadelphia Daily News, and In the Know radio show. Most recently, Kesi was a
featured contributor to the Media Training Guidebook published by PR News and Access
Intelligence, an industry staple for media, marketing, and communications professionals.

An avid community servant, Kesi serves on the board of Horizons Youth and is an
Ambassador for the American Heart Association - Greater Washington Region.

She is a former Board Member of the March of Dimes, Greater Washington, DC and has
previously served on the Maryland Compensation Task Force, Montgomery County, MD
and the Mayor’s Neighborhood Action Committee under former Mayor Anthony
Williams in Washington, DC. In 2009, she was recognized by the Maryland General
Assembly for her participation as Marketing and Public Relations chairperson for the  
MEGA Job Expo hosted by former Maryland Delegate, Herman Taylor, Jr.
